Information
The draw will be made early August 2003...
Format
The teams in groups A, B and C will play each other once
The teams in group D will play each other twice.
Play Off's
The winners of each group will go forward to the semi-final stage.
Positions in the groups will be determined by
Points gained, if equal then,
Goal Difference, if equal then,
Goals Scored.
If two teams are still equal then the position will be decided via a play-off game.
